1. General Policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all guests. Refunds are processed based on the timing of cancellation and the terms of the booking.
2. Cancellation Before Check-in
- More than 72 hours before check-in: Full refund of the booking amount.
- Less than 72 hours before check-in: No refund will be issued.
3. No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
4. Early Check-out
If a guest checks out before the confirmed departure date, charges for the unused nights will not be refunded.
5. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional or discounted rates may be marked as non-refundable. In such cases, no refund will be issued regardless of cancellation time.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
7. Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond control, the hotel may offer rescheduling or partial refunds at its discretion.
8. Group Bookings and Events
For group reservations or event bookings, separate cancellation and refund terms may apply as per the agreement made at the time of booking.
